Training programs are based on your goals, the number of times you train a week and if there’s any muscles you want to work on more then others.
Diet plans are based on your goals, lifestyle and budget as I suggest the use of supplements depending on what you want to achieve body wise.
EVERYTHING IS PERSONALIZED DEPENDING IF YOU WANT TO SIMPLY GET IN SHAPE, HAVE A BEACH BODY, BUILD MUSCLE, GAIN MASS, LOSE WEIGHT AND FAT, TONE UP OR GET RIPPED.
12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PACK (MOST POPULAR): 250$
3 different training programs provided every month, diet plan included as well with all modifications that need to be made during the 12 weeks, follow up, pictures and body measurements are done every month to see how you progress.
HOUR OF POWER:
5 sessions: 150$ + 1 free
10 sessions: 300$ + 2 free
20 sessions: 600$ + 6 free

AT YOUR HOUSE
- Free session with any training program taken where I explain the whole program and show you how to do the exercises properly
- Weight, body measurements and pictures if desired
- Food chart with all the good sources of protein, carbohydrates and fats
- Documents on training techniques, cardio, diet tips, macronutrients and cheat meals
- Grocery list provided with any diet plan taken
- Evaluation done every month
- 24/7 email and phone support for any questions and help
HOW TO PAY ?
Payments are made cash, online via Paypal or Interac-E, note that you will receive an invoice once payment is made.
I do travel and train people from home, personalized training programs are also made for that. I’m perfectly bilingual so if you don’t understand or have a hard time understanding English I also provide all the above in French.
